God is THE BEST!! :DD

I’ve signed up for a two-day victory weekend. It is a retreat that can help you establish a life-long walk with God and live a victorious life. Then, my victory group leader “ate chel” helped me to walk through the journey to God. I’ve started my week by reading and answering the victory weekend book in preparing for victory. Preparing for victory is a seven-lesson Bible study guide designed for individual devotional study.

The assumption is that as we follow Christ, we should live victorious lives. If Jesus paid the ultimate price on the cross to purchase our victory over sin, Satan, and sickness, then why do so many Christians live in defeat? Three of the top causes of spiritual defeat include ignorance, to build faith, and to replace dead traditions with the living Word of God.

I did fasting… The daniel’s fast, I only ate fruits and vegetables. I only did it for one day. But one day is enough to please God as long as you’re hungry seeking for God.

Fasting discovers more time to pray and seek God's face. And as He leads you to recognize and repent of unconfessed sin, you will experience special blessings from God. It can transform your life.

I’m sooooo excited!!!

November 23, 2011, Saturday at greenhills Promenade. It started experiencing victory. Many learnings I’ve learned from pastors and it helped me a lot to know and experience God more.

November 24, 2011, Sunday at Goldland Plaza. I experienced water baptism! Water baptism is an act of obedience that follows conversion to portray symbolically the washing away of our sins. It is the witness to the world that we are saved. We surrender our whole life to God and we have the freedom to do what is right.

Victory weekend is one of the best feeling I’ve encountered in life. Especially, when I surrender my whole self to God. When you surrender your life to God, you will experience the true happiness in life.

                         

It ended my week with a BLAST!

Sembreak on its 2nd week

Hmmm.. What will I do in this week? Of course, I will go to school to get my grades and to enroll for the second semester. After enrolling, next stop is to PANGASINAN! Yey! Finally natuloy din kami ni owie! After all our day dreaming to many places, we achieved to go to pangasinan. To have a relaxation, to enjoy our sembreak and of course to have a bonding time together with elle, gudo (cousin of elle), mommy(grandmother of elle) and arne.

Our first night at pangasinan, we looked for corned beef just because of my craving. It’s funny to think that we looked for a store for that food. We went  to 711, but how sad that there’s no corned beef. (ano ba naman tong 711 na to, walang corned beef!) Then, we looked for another store. Finally, they have one! Yey! I’m so excited to arrive at arne’s house so that we can eat that corned beef.. After that, we go to elle’s house, to have a rest.

First day, we went to LA UNION! Woooohhhh! excited na kami mag zipline! They put all the safety gadgets in our body. We all felt so heavy! We rode on the truck in a standing position. It’s my first time to rode on the truck by just standing and to think that the road was steep. Oh well! I enjoyed that ride.

Ayan na malapit na kami magzipline! When we got there, I really enjoyed the view. All our fears had gone. It felt so relaxing just by embracing the cool wind and by just watching the view.

After our zipline, we had rest, took pictures and had fun.

I fell inlove :D

Our second day in Pangasinan made me more excited to see what the place has in store for us. Arne brought us to a beautiful place in their town.  We hiked for almost 30 minutes without me knowing what lies ahead. When we reached our destination, I was so surprised to see a wonderful falls. I was mesmerized by the beauty of God’s creation.


I felt so deeply in love..with the falls. :D

    

       

Going back to the car, I saw many rocks. As I got fond of them, owie got fond of taking pictures of me as well. Feeling photoshoot lang!hehe..

While we are busy “photoshooting”, Arne also busy taking pictures to strada.

At hindi pa ako nakontento sa photoshoot kay owie, kay arne naman..hihihi

Be reminded!!

A day that is full of hatred?! Yes, I think so.....

It started my day by asking and praying "How things will work out good?" I did everything to make things good but it ended up with nothing. It gives me the feeling of full discouragement and asking the question "why is these happening? why? why?"

Just because of the feeling of "downness" I talked to one person who is willing to listen to me at the middle of the night. This person spoke with his "charming voice" talking alot of sense and in an unexpected feeling there's this one thing it came up on my mind that God is here beside me, He will never leave nor forsake me. (Yeah right! He will never leave nor forake me!)

I am so pumped up! But oh! How forgetful I am that I forgot God's love for me. I'm very sorry Lord!

Now, I realized that whatever situation you are facing right now or you will facing in the future, always remember that God is here! and prayers is the best solution in our problems. There is always a purpose why things happening this way. Always be thankful in your life, it is the greatest gift that God has given to us.



For you, "Mr. Charming voice" I wanna thank you for enlightening my mind, heart, spirit, soul and especially my wholeself. Continue to be a blessing to others! Keep your fire burning!
